Campsites Update

Hello fellow Townsfolk, we are excited to announce the newest update to A Township Tale, Campsites! Are you tired of dying far from Respawn Point and having to take the 5-10 minute walk of shame closer to where you died? Well, then this update is perfect for you! You will now discover Campsites scattered around the map that you can subscribe to for the ability to set your spawn point to that campsite.

Campsites, what's that?

In these locations, you will find a nice new pitched tent, water crate, cauldron, bench to "sit" on, a place to cook and sometimes a stone campfire circle. You can now spend your time out in nature instead of trekking back to the Tavern to cook your stews and food. Kick back, relax and enjoy a night with friends in these new locations added around the map.

Exploration in the Wild:

As most of you have found from the previous news post, we currently have placed these Campsites in 3 distinct locations around the map. There will be one you can find outside the entrance to Forest in the Hebios Camps, another you can find placed in the Mountain Pass, near the rock wall climbing spot and lastly, we have placed one on the path to tower in the Tarn area. These have been strategically placed to ensure you don't have to make the walk of shame if you die in these select areas.

Extension of Revival Update:

In our previous content update, we added the Revival System and this is a direct extension of that update. As revival system does not benefit solo players or solo adventurers, venturing out on their own, this will help keep players from spending so much time walking back to the spot where they died and instead they can now set their spawn closer to where they are adventuring.

We encourage you to show off the new update across all social media accounts. Whether it be sharing a funny little clip of you dying and spawning back at your Campsite, a cool picture of you and your fellow townsfolk gathering around the campfire to sing a campfire song, C-A-M-P-F-I.... wait a minute, wrong universe.
